On my tank QT-5. The turn signal indication blinks for the left and the right at the same time. So I can't always tell which blinker I'm using.

Don't these Tanks have emergency buttons... the red button with a triangle in the middle?

that would be the hazard lights. i dont think they have them.
if you know anything about electical, you should take a look.
try looking under the cover where all the wires are, or/and look where the wires are connected to the blinkers. if you see any metal (from the wires) touching the other wire's metal part, then try to septoate them so the metals arent touching.
im not sure how well of a job they did soildering, but if they did a good job and the metal parts from the wires arent touching then that should be ok.
but say the red wire and the black wire insulation are touching then that is ok..
in easier words.. if the two colored wires are touching then thats ok... its only bad if the metal part from the wire is touching..
when i mean the metal part of the wire.. i mean the tip where the blinker meets the wire.
sorry, its alittle confusing.. but thats the only way i can think of typing it.

As simple as i can put it: What john is trying to say is that if the copper wire is touching the other wires copper (copper at the end where it's cut so you can see the inside of the wire) then thats bad. If the copper part is touching the rubber insolation, then thats ok. Hmm mine is still confusing... sorry.

you have a bad ground on one of the blinkers, there for it lights up both at the same time, so check your grounds, trust me thats the problem.
