Its clanky? Its not a smooth pull like it used to be its clunk clunk clunk sorta?
Maby i bent the shaft pulling the flywheel off? I cant see how as i used 3 bolts and a peace of metal to make a puller where you screw two bolts into the flywheel and the third one gose under the metal so when you unscrew it out from the shaft it pushes the wheel off.

Sounds like the clutch springs are broke.

Does anyone know if the MSD ignition for "goped" would work on my venom. Also is dropping the ignition coil thing down closer to the flywheel a do it yourself , what would you need to drop it down .

MSD for your scooter is DEFINATLY not worth the money. Works for Bigger engines. To do a "ignition drop down", You need to take the shrouds off and loosen the 2 bolts holding the ignition coil on. Place a folded 3 times piece of paper between flywheel and ignition. Push down. Tighten bolts. Remove paper and spin flywheel. Observe for any hitting, if not hitting and clears good, make sure bolts are tight and put shrouds back on and enjoy you slightly more powerful spark. Probably won't be able to notice it though. However, the idle should be smoother if done correctly.

Yeah, it will works, I just got a brand new MSD, it works with stock and MSD flywheel, people have run them on Viza's, and the reason why it works is that your ignition is running off a batter and instead of a coil, there's a senor (works on any sized flywheel) all you would need to do is fabricate a mounting plate, but of course it will now run on a battery, they have a 3,000 series that can last for almost 2 hours instead of 45mins
