Ohh.. so your saying that the naturaly higher octaine gas is ok to use and doesn't have lead init but the octaine booster in gas does..?

I told you that I wa going to use octaine booster with the higher compression and you didn't say anything about octaine booster is bad.
Is octaine the amount of alcohol concentration in the gasoline or something like that?

I'm not sure about you telling me about using octane booster but when you said you were running like 103 octane gas then I knew you were.
If you take chemistry class you will probably learn about octane. Octane is a hydrocarbon molecule or maybe it was the amount of hydrogen atoms in a hydrocarbon molecule. Its something like that.
All that matters is the octane of gas directly affects its flash point. (point of spontanious combustion)

guys, whats the difference in regular gas medium gas nd supper gas?
like, in octaine matters, whats better? low octaine(how low?) or high octaine(how high?)

It depends on the gas station and what state your in but it usualy goes.
Regular: 83 octane
Medium: 87 octane
Premium/Super: 93 octane
sometimes super can be as high as 97 or 98 octane

i think 93 is the best

You only have to use a higher octane if you raise your compression by MORE than just an engine squish

like porting

porting doesn't do anything to the compression

oo.. well what else does stuff to the compresstion.. b\c jon told me to get the 93 b\c of my porting

ahahaha
The sparkplug thing he did with the surface discharge plug (Idk if he did it on your engine) also raises compression.

yea he did.. oo yea i forgot about that.. do split fires do the same? or do they just make a bigger spark

;D they make a bigger spark and well, yea a little more compression b/c of a bigger spark
