Look at these 2 different sparkplug packages... I think they are really the same company

maybe. those are car size spark plugs though. i dont think auto lite makes small engine spark plugs.

The plastic part of the packages is the same and the plugs are exactly the same ecxept for the black painted bands on the Platinium plugs and the fork prong on the SplitFire

but reallly most spark plugs are the same, but all have one minor difference.

The platinium ones don't foul and the SplitFire ones have a bigger spark

Yea when I put the regular one in the cap and put the plug up to some metal and free pulled it I saw a blue spark, but when I put the SplitFire in I saw the spark pink then it turned to blue and there was more of a spark.

autolite makes some kick a** plugs for small engines, like the 255 ...great plug

think the split fire would fit my chinese engine it won't start very easy
i know it needs higher compresion but this would probably help to

no those wouldn't help with compression. and they might fit a chinese engine but I'm not sure about it.

Do what I did if you have like a 43/49cc engine put a spark plug in thats twice as long and that has no pocket space in them and you will hace to put another sealling ring on it so the piston clears the plug.
